CallKit provides a cloud-based telephony platform that enables developers to integrate voice communication features into their applications. Our services include:

  • SIP trunking and WebSocket connections
  • Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems
  • AI-powered voice agents
  • Call recording and analytics
  • Global phone number provisioning

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. Prohibited activities include:

We may suspend services for accounts with overdue payments. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy available in your account dashboard.

7. Service Availability and Support

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We provide:

  • 99.9% uptime SLA for paid plans
  • 24/7 technical support for enterprise customers
  • Regular maintenance windows with advance notice
  • Status updates during service incidents

Scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs may temporarily affect service availability.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CallKit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our Service without explicit written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will be discontinued
  • Outstanding fees remain due and payable
  • Data retention follows our Privacy Policy
  • Certain provisions survive termination

We may terminate accounts immediately for violations of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
